Returns
Any product returned before its expiration date will be credited 100%, if the expiration date is less than 15 months, a 50% credit will be provided.
Exclusive Products
Our exclusive OTC & QUALITY DISTRIBUTION & VITAMEX USA brand products will be offered 100% replacement and/or credit before the expiration date or within 15 months after expiration.

Claims
Claims for defective, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect products must be reported within 72 hours of receiving the order. After this period, we cannot guarantee that the claim will be resolved.
